昆钢2000m~3高炉风口上翘原因分析及治理

【摘要】 针对昆钢6号高炉开炉3年后发生的风口上翘现象,通过综合调查分析,对从高炉风口取出的风口组合砖、风口焦炭及风口异常物等进行分析检测,并对炉缸炉底砖衬热电偶温度进行综合分析,认为以Zn为主的Zn、Pb、K、Na等有害元素对风口组合砖的侵蚀是造成风口上翘的主要原因。本文结合昆钢的实际情况提出了解决风口上翘的措施,确保了高炉持续稳定安全生产。

【Abstract】 According to the phenomena of tuyeres tilting upwards that has been found at No.6 blast furnace in Kunming Iron & Steel Company three years later since its blow—in, through comprehensive investigation, analyzed and detected the samples of tuyere cokes and bricks and abnormal substance, the authors have found that the synthetic erosion of objectionable elements such as kalium, sodium, zinc and lead is the main factor that leads to the tuyeres tilting upwards, and the zinc hazard is the most significant of them. The text presented some measures accordingly, which make the blast furnace run safely and smoothly.
