武钢高炉渣中Al2O3含量异常升高原因分析及其对策

【摘要】 2004年下半年来武钢高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量异常升高给高炉生产带来严重影响,通过跟踪取样检验和统计分析找出了渣中Al2O3含量异常升高的原因,经过采取有效的技术和管理措施,将炉渣中Al2O3含量控制在合理范围内,高炉技术经济指标开创了历史新水平。
【Abstract】 There is serious influence of sharply increasing of Al2O3 in slag on blast fumace operation since July at 2004 in WISCO, the reasons related to increasing of Al2O3 in slag were studied based on tracing the variation of sample analysis, some useful methods were adapted to control the content of Al2O3 in slag, a wonderful result was obtained in the operation of blast furnace at WISGO.
