【摘要】 在鞍钢1号高炉上,利用风口喂线技术将含钛物料包芯线通过煤枪孔喂入高炉内,取得了很好的护炉效果。并解决了喂线速度、联结装置两大技术难点,为探索钒钛矿护炉新方法做了一次有益的尝试。

【Abstract】 The technique of feeding wire-like material which contains titanium through tuyeres has been adopted on No. 1 blast furnace at AISC, and a good result has been obtained. At the same time, the two technical difficulties which are the speed of feeding and the connecting facilities have been solved. This is a attempt for exploring new methods of using titanium ore for BF’ hearth protection.
