LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4的固相法制备与电化学性能研究

【摘要】 采用固相反应法制备了Mn掺杂的LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4。采用元素分析、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法对样品进行了表征,测试了其电化学性能。结果表明,与没有掺杂的LiFePO4材料相比,LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4具有更高的放电比容量、更好循环性能及高倍率性能。0.05 C倍率放电时,LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4的首次放电容量达140 mAh·g-1以上,经10次循环后平均每次循环的容量衰减为1.53%:0.1 C和0.2 C放电时的放电容量分别为0.05 C放电容量的73.5%和62.1%。
【Abstract】 LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4 were prepared by solid-state reaction and characterized by element analysis,XRD,SEM combined electrochemical methods. Studies on electrochemical properties show that LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4 have higher discharge capacity and better cyclability and rate capability compared with non-doping LiFePO4. LiFe0.7Mn0.3PO4 deliver a discharge capacity of more than 140 mAh·g-1 at a current rate of 0.05C and the capacity loss per cycle is about 1.53% after being cycled 10 times for charge/discharge. 73.5% and 62.1% of the discharge capacity can be retained at a current rate of 0.1 C and 0.2 C, respectively.
