TDI/DEIP分离塔的优化设计

【摘要】 甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)是一种重要的化工原料,本文对采用重溶剂间苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEIP)光气化法生产TDI的流程进行了叙述,分析了TDI/DEIP分离塔的要求和操作条件,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对理论板数分别为25、30、和35块时不同进料位置和回流量对产品TDI和循环DEIP纯度的影响进行了模拟,找出最佳理论板数为30,最佳进料位置为第15块板,最佳回流量为15000 kg/hr。
【Abstract】 Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) is one of the most useful kinds of isocyanate. In this paper the authors gave a brief description of manufacture procedure of TDI in which diethyl isophthalate (DEIP) is used as the inert solvent, and analysed the separation requirement and operation condition of TDI/DEIP separation tower. With the help of the simulation software of Aspen Plus, the authors studied the affection of different feed stage and different reflux rate to production of TDI and DEIP in the conditions of the tower’s overall stage are 25,30, and 35 respectively. The result showed that the tower’s optimal operation condition is the tower’s stage is 30, the feed stage is 15, and the reflux rate is 15 000 kg/hr.
