基于直角棱镜的吸收池在甲醛浓度测量中的应用

【摘要】 用分光光度法实现空气中甲醛含量的测量,将比色池置于直角棱镜构成的气室内,比色用光源为高亮红色LED。经准直后,测量光束在气室约束下,多次经过比色池,使光束与显色物质相互作用距离增加,从而提高了检测灵敏度.在检测灵敏度较高时,空气的取样量减少.因此,基于直角棱镜的吸收池用于甲醛浓度测量中,可以提高测试速度和工作效率.
【Abstract】 Formaldehyde is measured with spectrophotometry. Color-metric cell is put in the air chamber. Enlightened LED is taken as light source. After being collimated, Light beam passes through color-metric cell time after time, under hold in air chamber. Reciprocity distance in light beam with color liquid is increased. Measurement sensitivity is advanced. Quantity of sampling may be decreased, at high sensitivity. Thus, measuring efficiency is improved with the cell based on right-angle prism being used in the measurement of formaldehyde concentration.
