不锈钢片封装光纤光栅传感器用于钢结构应变测量的研究

【摘要】 用环氧树脂把光纤光栅封装在钢片的凹槽中加以保护,把两个不锈钢片封装的光纤光栅传感器和传统的电阻应变片分别粘贴在扁钢试件上下表面的对称位置,在万能实验机上进行拉伸实验,同时在试件表面粘贴一个光纤光栅温度传感器进行温度补偿。通过监测光纤光栅中心波长的漂移量和电阻应变片阻值的变化,研究了扁钢试件在弹性及屈服阶段的应变。实验结果表明,封装后的两个光纤光栅传感器具有良好的传感特性,应变灵敏度系数分别为0.96pm/με和0.95p/με,其中心波长的漂移与荷载及电阻应变片测得的应变具有良好的线性关系,相关系数都达到0.999以上.
【Abstract】 In this paper, we packaged the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) in the groove of the steel slice with epoxy resin in order to protect the FBG. We bonded two steel slice packaged Fiber Bragg Grating sensors and resistance strain gauges onto the surface of the flat steel, respectively. We used the tensile testing machine to tensile the flat steel. Furthermore, we bonded a FBG temperature sensor onto the surface of the flat steel for temperature compensation. We measured the strain of the flat steel at the elastic and yield stage of the steel by monitoring the shift of center wavelength of FBG sensors and the change of the resistance strain gauges. The experimental results show that two packaged FBG sensors possess good stain sensing property and the strain sensitivity coefficients are 9.6pm/με and 9.5pm/με. The shifts of center wavelengths of FBG are in good linear relationship with the tensile force and the strain measured by the resistance strain gauge. The linear correlation coefficients reach 0.999.
