板坯结晶器两孔水口与三孔水口的比较研究

【摘要】 对某高拉速连铸机结晶器采用1∶1的水模型,使用波差和最大波作为评价液面波动的指标,研究两孔水口和三孔水口对结晶器内流场的影响。随工艺参数改变,三孔水口液面波动和变化幅度都比两孔水口大,在距窄面50mm和250mm处的波动最大。这为减少结晶器液面波动提出了改进措施。

【Abstract】 In order to research effect of SEN with two bores and three bores on flow field in mold of high casting speed caster,water model was established with scale of 1∶1,and Wave Deviation and Maximum Wave height were used as evaluation index With the change of process technology parameters.mold level fluctuation and change value of three bores is more than that of two bores. The maximum fluctuation value was took place at 50mm and 250mm from narrow face of mold. Finally,measure was put forward to decrease mold level height.
