转炉脱磷-脱碳冶炼工艺及其物流参数解析
ANALYSIS ON THE MASS FLOW PARAMETERS OF THE BOF DEPHOSPHURIZATION PROCESS

【摘要】 转炉脱磷-脱碳冶炼工艺是近年来兴起的采用两座转炉冶炼高质量钢种的新方法,本文依托宝钢股份公司炼钢厂BRP冶炼工艺为背景,分析比较转炉脱磷工艺与传统工艺的时间、温度、物质量等物流参数的不同,最后得出采用转炉脱磷工艺冶炼,脱磷效果好,冶炼成本低,产品质量大大提高。
【Abstract】 "The duplex process of dephosphurization and decarbonization in double converter" is a new way that using two converters to produce high quality steel. This paper is based on the background of the "BRP Baosteel BOF Refining Process" in the Baosteel steel-making works. According to analyzing and comparing with the differences in the parameters of time, temperature and mass flow quantities between the duplex process and the traditional one,we come to a conclusion, with better of dephosphurization effect, decreasing of smelting cost and improvement of quality greatly.
