基于转炉炉气在线分析的钢液碳含量和温度预报模型

【摘要】 利用炉气在线分析技术,建立了转炉钢液碳含量和温度预报模型,并根据模型在VisualC++环境下开发出了相应的应用软件,同时对模型进行了验证。结果表明,碳平衡模型在0.1≤[%C]≤0.3范围内,绝对误差在±0.02%以内,预测值与实际值的符合率达到了71.4%;而C-O反应平衡模型预测钢水温度的预测值则受炉气成分波动影响较大。

【Abstract】 Based on on-line analysis of exhaust gas from LD converter, the models were established for continuous determination of carbon content and temperature in molten steel bath. With these models, a software of application has also been developed in the Visual C+ + environment After testing,it showed that in the field of carbon content between 0. 1% and 0. 3%,the carbon-balance model had a hit rate of 71. 4% within the precision of 0. 02%. However, the determination value of C-O reaction equilibrium model for bath temperature was subject to the fluctuation of contents of waste gas.
