矿物靶向药物载体材料的制备及吸附性能研究

【摘要】 利用性能稳定、比表面积大和吸附性能较好的粘土矿物凹凸棒石为原料,通过与镧掺杂纳米磁性微粒子复合,制备出新型矿物纳米磁性药物载体材料。以抗癌药物氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)为模型,在60℃药液中,当pH值为5,5-Fu浓度为5mg·ml-1时,该载体材料对5-Fu吸附容量为26.5mg·g-1。研究了载体所吸附药物(5-Fu)在模拟胃液、肠液中的释放规律,结果显示,新型靶向载体材料具有较好的缓释性能和酸碱缓冲能力。
【Abstract】 At present, most target-drug carrier materials were prepared with organic compounds coatingmagnetic micronuclei. However, most organic compounds have such shortcomings bad stability in the body, complicated metabolism, evident side-effect, low adsorption capacity and so on. In the article, the novel target-drug carrier materials were prepared, using the clay mineral attapulgite with stable performance, big specific surface area and good adsorption, by mixing with La-doped magnetic nanoparticles. The adsorption capacity of the carrier materials to the broad-spectrum drug anticancer 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) is 26.5 mg·g-1 in the drug solution of which the temperature is 60 ℃, the pH is 5 and the concentration of 5-Fu is 5 mg · ml-1. The release rule of 5-Fu in the, simulated gastric juice, intestines juice was studied. The results indicate that the new materials have good controlled-release properties and pH buffer function.
