【摘要】 通过两种柠檬酸前躯体法制备了Ce0.8Pr0.2Oy固溶体,并用XRD,TC-DSC,Rma和BET对这些样品进行了表征。结果表明,改进的柠檬酸前躯体法可以制得晶相比较完整的Ce0.8Pr0.2Oy固溶体,晶粒小于10 nm,比表面积大于90 m2·g-1,比常规柠檬酸前躯体法制得样品的晶粒更小,比表面积更大。XRD测得的平均晶粒大小与BET计算结果完全吻合,表明该纳米粒子是无孔粒子。Raman光谱表明已生成晶相比较完整具有氧缺位的Ce0.8Pr0.2Oy固溶体。

【Abstract】 Nano-particulate Ce0.8Pr0.2Oy composite oxides were prepared by modified as well as conventional citrate precursor technique. These samples were characterized by XRD, TG-DSC, Raman spectroscopy and BET. The results show that relatively integrated crystalline solid solution, which has a smaller particle size ( < 10 nm) and higher specific area ( > 90 m2·g-1), is formed from the modified citrate precursor tech- nique. The mean particle size measured by XRD is in good accordance with the result of BET calculation, which indicates that the nanoparticles are almost im-perforate. Raman results show that the Ce0.8Pr0.2Oy solid solutions prepared by two method possess oxygen vacancies. In conclusion, the modified citrate precursor technique has been proved to be an advantageous method for the preparation of nanoparitcles.
