【摘要】 系统研究了NdFeB永磁体镍镀层在非水相乙醇退除溶液中试剂种类、浓度和温度等条件对退除效果的影响,用环境电子扫描电镜和图像分析仪分析退除后的表面结构和腐蚀形态,得出以间-二硝基苯和间硝基苯磺酸钠为双氧化剂、8-羟基喹啉为络合剂、RL-4为催化剂等试剂组成的非水相乙醇退镀溶液配方。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influences of category and density of reagents, and temperature in the solution of the no aqueous phase stripping the nickel coating on NdFeB permanent magnet on the stripping result were studied. The configuration on the surface and corrosion were analyzed by SEM and vision analysis instrument. The formular which use mainly m-dinitrobenzene and m-nitrobenzene sulfuric acid sodium salt as the mixed oxidant, 8-hydroxyquinoline as the complex, RL-3 as the calatyze was obtained.更多还原
