电荷沉积对大气压介质阻挡放电特性的影响

【摘要】 采用CCD 影像法对大气压介质阻挡放电电荷沉积效应进行了实验研究,结果表明,沉积电荷是由微流光放电产生的,由沉积电荷构成的界面域等离子体会受激励电压、激励频率、DBD 结构等因素影响;沉积在电介质表面的电荷主要是能量较高的电子,它们显著地影响着等离子体化学过程;窄间隙、薄电介质层结构、高频激励以及优良的电介质材料可以有效地增强界面域效应,进而提高了DBD 反应器的性能.
【Abstract】 The evolution has been studied at atmospheric pressure by using CCD means.The resultshows that accumulated charges are caused in micro-streamer discharges.Some factors such as theapplied voltage,the applied frequency and the configuration of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)canaffect the interface area plasma that is formed by these accumulated particles;These charges ondielectric surface are mostly high energy electrons,which affect plasma chemical reaction observably;Some methods,including the micro-gap and thinner dielectric layer,high-frequency high-voltagepower supply,are very effective in enhancing the interface area plasma function,and therebyimproving the capability of DBD reactor.
