无机-有机复合絮凝剂对含硫稠油废水絮凝性能的考察
Study on Flocculation Performance of Sulfur-containing Thick Oil Wastewater with Inorganic-Organic Composite Flocculants

【摘要】 将无机高分子絮凝剂PAC分别与阳离子型有机絮凝剂ZHYC - 70和CPAM复合,得到2种复合絮凝剂,用于含硫稠油废水的絮凝处理。考察了阳离子度和配比对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,复合絮凝剂具有优良的絮凝脱油脱硫效果,出水油含量可以达到排放标准。絮凝剂分子链上的阳离子电荷密度和多支链型结构是影响絮凝效果的主要因素。
【Abstract】 Two Composite Flocculants composed of Inorganic Flocculant PAC and Organic Flocculants ZHYC-70 or CPAM were prepared respectively The flocculation performance of these composite flocculants for sulfur-containing thick oil wastewater was measured The results showed that these composite flocculants had very high flocculation efficiency Cationic charge density and multi-side-chain structure in molecular chain of flocculants are dominating factor affecting flocculation efficiency
