【摘要】 合成了双辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚双子表面活性剂DOF - 12 ,将之与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO - 9)复配,研制出适合清洗铝表面油污的新型水基金属清洗剂。在超声波下3min左右去油率可达10 0 % ,腐蚀率几乎为零,最佳清洗温度为4 0℃左右。与不含双子表面活性剂的传统清洗剂配方相比,清洗效率大大提高,显示了双子表面活性剂良好的协同效应。更多还原
