碳纤维分散体系的初步研究

【摘要】 本文采用湿法造纸技术制备质子交换膜燃料电池电极扩散层专用碳纸材料,重点考察了湿法成型过程中分散体系对碳纸性能的影响因素。研究结果表明:打浆度、pH值和Zeta电位对分散体系的稳定性有很大的影响,从而影响到碳纸的均匀性、孔隙率、导电率等基本性能。
【Abstract】 This paper utilized the technology of wet papermaking to facture carbon fiber paper specially used for the electrode diffusion layer of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) Emphatically, the various factors affecting the performance of carbon fiber paper were investigated in the carbon fiber dispersing system of the processing of wet papermaking The result of this study illuminated that beating degree, pH value, Zeta potential et al remarkably affected the stability of carbon fiber dispersing system Resultantly, they also evidently influenced the basic properties, such as uniformity, porosity, conductivity et al, of carbon fiber paper
