利用新疆夏孜街膨润土制备有机膨润土的初步研究

【摘要】 以新疆夏孜街地区日月雷矿钠钙基膨润土为原料,经硝酸钠改型后,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵进行有机覆盖合成了有机膨润土。通过测定临界体积和溶胀体积,初步考察了有机膨润土的制备条件;通过X -射线衍射仪和差热热重分析仪分析了产物的基本结构及性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, Na-Ca-bentonite, Riyuelei mineral of Xiazijie in Xinjiang province, was modified to Na-bentonite by NaNO3 and covered with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide to synthesis organobentonite The prepare conditions of organobentonite were estimated by critical volume and swelling volume The products’ basic structures and properties were analyzed by DTA-TG and XRD
