焦化炉整体的燃烧和传热数值计算

【摘要】 在焦化炉综合数值模拟研究中,准确描述出炉膛内的燃烧和传热过程极其重要。本文采用分区耦合的计算方法,首次实现了对工业焦化炉从燃烧器、炉膛、炉管整体几何结构的完全仿真,并且对焦化炉内流动、燃烧和传热全部工艺过程进行了完全的真实模拟。计算得到了炉内流场、温度场和组分的分布细节,以及炉管表面热流密度分布的详细信息,揭示了焦化炉炉膛内流动、燃烧和传热过程的特性,可以为焦化炉的设计和优化提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 To accurately describe the fuel combustion and radiative heat transfer processes is crucial in comprehensive numerical simulation of delayed coking furnace It was the first time that the radiation chamber of delayed coking furnace was whole-coupled simulated with considerations of fluid flow, combustion, heat transfer between the flue gas and tube, the flow in the tube, and without any simplification of the complicated geometry in this article Detailed information about the flow field, temperature field ,species distribution and heat flux distribution of tube was obtained, opening out the basic characteristics of flow, combustion and heat transfer process in furnace It will be helpful to optimization of delayed coking furnace
