【摘要】 探索了以粒状活性白土催化剂、大豆油酸脂肪酸为原料催化合成二聚酸的方法,考察了催化剂、温度、时间和物料配比等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明:粒状活性白土是一种有效的催化剂,在适宜的条件下,产率可达81 .30 %。适宜的条件是:催化剂的用量12 % ,反应时间6h ,反应温度为2 2 0℃。产物的结构经IR表征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dimer acids has been synthesized with been oil fatty acid by granular activated bleaching earth The factors influencing on the yield of the reaction,such as the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time are investigated The results show that the granular activated bleaching earth is an effective catalyst and the optimum conditions of preparation are determined with yield of dimmer acids 81 30% The conditions are as follows:the amount of catalyst is 12%(Wt),reaction temperature is 220℃,reaction time is 6 hours The structure is characterized by IR更多还原
