油砂沥青热水抽提机理和沥青粘度性质研究

【摘要】 对内蒙油砂的沥青热水抽提机理和沥青粘度性质进行了研究,实验条件为:碱浓度0 .2 5 %、反应温度90℃、搅拌速度80r/min、固/液比1∶1 .5、抽提时间15min。研究表明:加入碱可以有效地降低油水界面张力,有利于油/砂分离和提高沥青收率,沥青收率可达93% ;而外加表面活性物质对提高沥青收率无明显的作用;操作中沥青损失分别归因于沥青/砂粒之间分离不完全和油/水乳化等作用。实验同时测定了沥青在5 0~10 0℃、剪切速率6 0~32 0S- 1范围的表观粘度。在油砂沥青热碱水抽提过程中,除温度是影响油砂沥青粘度重要的因素外,粘度也受剪切速率的影响。实验表明:剪切速率的影响随温度的上升而减弱,亦即在高温范围内沥青变为牛顿性流体。本研究为我国的油砂资源的研究和开发提供了理论和实验基础。

【Abstract】 the hot water extraction process mechanism of Neimeng oil sand and the viscosity property of bitumen have been studied The test conditions are alkalinity 0 25%,temperature 90℃,agitating velocity 80r p m,S/L =1:1 5 and reaction time 15minutes It was found that the interface tension can be decreased effectively ,the sand particles ware released from the bitumen droplets, resulting in bitumen recovery High recovery had been obtained Bitumen loss was attributed to incomplete bitumen/sand separation and oil-in-water emulsification resulting from deficiency and overdose of alkalinity, respectively The apparent viscosities of oil sand bitumen were measured over a temperature range of 50-100℃ and a shear rate range of 60-320s-1 Apart from temperature which is the most important influencing the viscosity of a liquid, the viscosity of the bitumen are affected by shearing effects The shearing effects decreased as the temperature increased; that is, the bitumen became more Newtonian in the higher temperature region
