催化裂化油浆综合利用途径新探

【摘要】 本文对催化裂化油浆的综合利用途径进行了探索和分析,认为采用复合萃取剂及合适的萃取工艺可以使油浆中固体颗粒完全转入饱和烃中,减去了昂贵的固体分离设备及苛刻的分离操作条件,并且省略了二次萃取过程。FCC油浆经分离切割得到占原料重5 2 %的FCC理想原料———饱和烃。10 %的小于35 0℃馏分的芳烃作为橡胶软化剂。18%的35 0~4 90℃之间的馏分作为橡胶填充剂,但粘度指标必须改进。18%的大于4 90℃的馏分作为沥青改性剂,但改性剂的加入量根据质量要求而定。

【Abstract】 The all-around utilization methods were researched and analysis for FCC decanted oil in this paper The results showed that the solid grains of decantd oil moved into saturated hydrocarbon completely using complex extractive agent and proper technics Thus the outlay was dropped for expensive devices of separate solids, and overcome the difficulty in operational conditions and the second extractive process were omitted Using above process, four produces were obtained, that is, the saturated hydrocarbon occupied 52%(w) which was the good feed for FCC, the aromatic hydrocarbon of <350℃ component occupied 10%(w) used as rubber softener, the component of 350-490℃ occupied 18%(w) as rubber filling which its viscosity must be improved, and the component of >490℃ occupied 18%(w) as pitch modifier which the amount of additive was used was dependant upon the specification of pitch obtained
