玫瑰香精微胶囊粒径大小及分布的影响因素

【摘要】 探讨了原位聚合法制备玫瑰香精微胶囊时,乳化条件、催化剂种类、皮芯比及反应温度对微胶囊粒径及其分布的影响。实验结果表明,用高剪切混合乳化机对芯材进行乳化,均质速度10 0 0 0r/min ,均质时间10min ,取w (壁材) =9% ,氯化铵做催化剂,终点pH值为1.5 ,固化温度70℃,可制得包覆良好、粒径分布均匀且平均粒径小于3.5的流动性固体微胶囊。

【Abstract】 Microencapsules of Rose perfume were prepared by in-situ method The effect of emulsification condition、the ratio of core material of MC、catalyzer and temperature on the particle size and distribution were discussed The optimal condition of condensation can be concluded as following: the high speed shears are used and the speed is 10000r/min for 10 minutes, the weight of membrane material is 9%, NH4Cl can be as acid catalyzer,end point pH value is 1 5, reaction temperature 70℃, Under these conditions, the well microencapsulated fludizable solid particles were prepared The distribution of particle size was uniform and the average particle diameter was less than 3 5 μm
