【摘要】 放线菌是生物制药的重要来源之一,极端环境放线菌的资源已成为发达国家竟相占有和发掘的重要战略资源。1992年开始从新疆极端环境采集样品,分离其中的嗜盐、嗜碱及低温放线菌。研究了这些放线菌在几种盐的不同浓度、不同pH 条件下的生长情况,并利用多相分类程序进行鉴定,发现了嗜盐放线菌、放线细菌新科1个[阎氏菌科(Yaniaceae)],新属2个[阎氏菌属和链单胞菌属(Yania and Streptomonospo-ra)],新种21个,先后发表于国际微生物联盟主办的微生物分类学国际性专业杂志—International Journalof Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology(USEM)。极端环境放线菌新种所含基因代表了最大的且未开发的无价资源,将是生物技术创新中的新源泉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Actinomycetes are one of the important resource of biopharmacy,and developed countries are de-voted to discover and occupy them,especially from the extremophiles circumstance.This study has been startedsince 1992,and the soil and sediment samples have been collecting from saline and alkaline soil and lakes in Xin-jiang.The halophilic,alkalophilic and psychrophilic actinomycetes and actinobacteria in these samples are isolat-ed.The strains are identified by using cultural,physiological,biochemical,molecular biological procedures.Onenew family(Yaniaceae),two new genera(Yania and Streptomonospora)and twenty one new species of halophilicactinomycetes and actinobacteria have been found and published on International Journal of Systematic and Evo-lutionary Microbiology(IJSEM).The genes of these new species from extremophiles circumstance will representthe unexploited and invaluable resource,and will be the new source to innovate in biotechnology.更多还原
