【摘要】 由于海洋环境的特殊性,海洋微生物具有独特的代谢方式,产生的代谢物化学结构具极大的复杂性和多样性。近20年来,有关海洋微生物产生新的生物活性的次级代谢产物的报道逐渐增多,海洋微生物作为活性物质的新来源正日益为国内外海洋研究工作者所重视。目前,已经从海洋微生物中发现了许多结构新颖的化合物。本文对近几年海洋微生物多样性及其产生的抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等活性物质的研究进展作一介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marine microorganisms likely have unique metabolic pathway and genetic background because oftheir various living environment.During the last 20 years,numerous novel compounds have been isolated frommarine microorganism and many of these compounds showed pronounced biological activity.Natural product re-search is increasingly turning to marine microbes as source organisms.This review summarized the natural activeproducts from marine microorganisms with antitumor,antiviral and antibacterial activity.更多还原
