衍生-超临界CO2萃取中药中的重金属离子
CHELATING-SUPERCRITICAL FLUID EXTRACTION OF METAL IONS FROM SOIL

【摘要】 本文用三氟乙酰丙酮(TFA)做衍生剂螯合萃取固载在硅胶上的Pb、As、Cd。研究了影响萃取率的各种因素,包括温度、压力、超临界CO2流速及用量、衍生剂用量、改性剂等。结果表明当压力为25MPa、温度为60℃、SF-CO2流速为0.6 mL/min、SF-CO2 用量为9 mL、采用5%(v/v)甲醇做改性剂时,固载在硅胶上的Pb、As、Cd能得到完全萃取。用该方法萃取当归、生地、黄芪中的重金属离子,回收率为89.5%-92.3%, 结果令人满意。该方法可为去除中药等天然产物中痕量重金属提供最佳工艺条件。
【Abstract】 The method of using trifluoro acetyl acetone as chelating agent to extract Pb2+, As3+, Cd2+from silica gel and traditional Chinese medicine sample by supercritical CO2 was investigated. And the extracts were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The experimental results showed that when the pressure 25 MPa, temperature 60℃, with 5% methanol as modifier, the metal ions mentioned above can be extracted efficiently. The recoveries for the simulated silica gel samples and Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Astragalus membranaceus samples are 89.5-93.9%, respectively. This method is proved to be simple, quick and without pollution, which can be applied to the analysis of heavy metal ions in environmental samples.
