【摘要】 目的:探讨胃山楂石的影像学诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法:采用X线钡餐检查方法和超声检查方法对40例胃山楂石病人进行检查,并对其结果对照分析。结果:本组胃山楂石单发者32例,多发者8例。小者直径2cm,大者直径可达20cm,大者易形成小弯溃疡。结论:X线钡餐和超声检查对本病具有极高的诊断符合率,易与相似病变做出鉴别,且X线钡餐检查亦能发现伴发病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the diagnostic and differential diagnostic values of the medical imaging in hawthorn gastrolithiasis. Methods: Fourty hawthorn gastrolithic patients were examined using the X-ray barium meal and ultrasound. The results were compared and analysed. Results: In this material the single gastrolithiasis is 32 cases,multiple gastrolithiasis is 8 cases,the smallest lithiasis was 2cm, the largest diameter reaches 20cm, the larger one is prone to induce the gastric ulcer in the lesser curvature. Conclusion: The X-ray and ultrasound examinations for the hawthorn gastrolithiasis have the highest diagnostic agreement rate, the differention for the similar diseases is easy, and the complications can be detected too by X-ray examination.更多还原
