霜霉病菌对葡萄细胞壁水解酶的诱导作用与寄主抗病性的关系

【摘要】 葡萄霜霉病菌能诱导葡萄叶片几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的积累,但2种酶在积累的速度上和幅度上,抗病品种和感病品种有显著的差异。与感病品种乍娜、红提相比,抗病品种赤霞珠2种酶活性不仅升高的速度快、幅度大,且高活性维持的时间长。

【Abstract】 The level of chitinase and β -1,3 - glucanase activity in grapevine were increased by infecting with Plasmopara viticola. But increase in activity of two enzymes in resistant variety were faster and higher than those in susceptible varieties. After infection with Plasmopara viticola, the activities of chitinase and β - 1,3 - glucanase in resistant varity were 1. 8 times and 1.4 times as high as those in the susceptible ones respectively. The results suggested that chitinase and β - 1,3 - glucanase were related with resistant reaction of grapevine to downy mildew.
