希蒙得木的扦插繁殖技术

【摘要】 采用全光照自动间歇喷雾扦插繁殖方法对影响希蒙得木插穗生根的内在因素进行较为系统的研究,分别就希蒙得木植株个体、穗条年龄、长度、药剂处理、扦插时间等对插穗生根的影响进行试验。结果表明:(1)采条成年植株个体间插穗生根有差异,自幼株采集的插穗生根率高;(2)药剂处理能显著提高嫩枝插穗的生根率,其中以IBA1000g/kg处理生根效果最好;(3)在全光照自动间歇喷雾条件下,单节插穗生根率高;(4)嫩枝插穗的适宜扦插含水率40%-50%,适宜的扦插时间为7月-8月;(5)希蒙得木嫩枝插穗生根困难的内在原因是枝条含有生根抑制物质,浸水处理12h能提高插穗的生根率。
【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was to investigate the techniques of cutting propagation for Sim-mondisa chinensis. By cuttage method in auto - interval mist system on full - sun - light, together with some treat ments, the rooting ability of different individuals, different plant hormones (IBA 1000 .IBA 2000 .IBA 3000.NAA1000.NAA2000g/kg.Nanling I rooting promoter.Nanling IIrooting promoter) .different cutting sizes (single node, double node, three node) , different cuttage dates (6 July, 21 July, 6 Aug. , 23 Aug. , 8 sep. ) , cold storage and soaking by water, some rooting index such as rooting ratio, rooting quantity and root length were investigated. The resules obtained by the experiment indicated that the rooting ratio of young individuals was higher than mature individuals’ , but there is no different of rooting ratios among mature individuals; The rooting ratio of semi - hardwood was increased by plant hormone treat ment, especially treated by IBA 1000g/kg;The best containing water ratio of cuttings for cuttage is form 40% to 50% ,and best cuttage date is during July to Aug. ;and the main reason for low rooting ratio of semi - hardwoods was that they contained rooting inhibitors, but rooting ratio was increased by soaking water treat ment for 12 hours.
