【摘要】 评标是招标过程的关键环节,评标方法较多,但将风险因素考虑进具体评标模型的研究相对较少。本文在考虑评标过程的多种风险基础上,引入风险影响率,建立了业主满意度评价模型,同时采用层次分析法确定指标权重,构造关联函数,运用模糊决策分别对不同的指标特性进行评判。该方法能够反映业主对竞标企业的综合满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents Active Networks and Node OS of it in brief. On the basis of them, Mobile Agent technology is introduced into Active Networks , then puts forward a new implement scheme to replace capsule with mobile agent in active packages of active networks. Comparing with the capsule, this kind of frame based on Active Networks has more customizability, and reacts to the impulse of environment changes immediately.更多还原
