瞬态气动冲击力对双层集装箱平车运行稳定性的影响分析

【摘要】 采用动网格技术、通过求解三维可压缩非定常N-S方程对双层集装箱平车以120km/h和提速客车以160km/h在线间距4m交会的情况进行数值模拟,计算了交会过程中产生的瞬态气动冲击力并与实车试验结果进行比较;将车体、转向架和箱体作为弹性体,悬挂系统作为弹簧-阻尼单元,建立了详细的系统动力学模型,分析了列车交会瞬态气动冲击力对双层集装箱平车在空箱和重箱情况下车体振动、倾覆系数、脱轨系数等参数的影响。计算结果表明,在仅考虑明线直线交会时,瞬态气动冲击力对双层集装箱平车振动加速度、倾覆系数、脱轨系数的影响都比较小,双层集装箱平车在空载情况下车体横向振动加速度为0.5m/s2、倾覆系数为0.12、脱轨系数为0.16,在重载情况下车体横向振动加速度为0.25m/s2、倾覆系数为0.072、脱轨系数为0.09,显然瞬态气动冲击力对双层集装箱平车运行稳定性的影响空箱工况明显大于重箱工况。

【Abstract】 In this paper, using the three-dimensional compressible N-S equations and dynamic mesh, the transient aerodynamic force of double container train passing passenger train was calculated and compared with the real car test, in the model, double container train running at the speed of 120km/h and passenger train at the speed of 160km/h and the space between two rails be 4m. Then, a detailed dynamic model was established, where the carbody, bogies and containers were considered as elastic body while the suspension system was considered as spring-damp element. In the end, transient aerodynamic force’ s affection on transverse vibration, roll coefficient and derailment coefficient of double container train were analyzed. The results show that the influence is little if trains pass each other on straight track in open air, in the case of empty containers, the transverse acceleration is 0.5 m/s2, roll coefficient is 0.12 and derailment coefficient is 0.16; however, in the case of loading con- tainers, the transverse acceleration is 0.25 m/s2, roll coefficient derailment coefficient is 0.072 and is 0.09. Obviously, the influence of transient aerodynamic force on empty container train is larger than that on loading container train.
