基于PLC的闸门自动监控系统

【摘要】 介绍了利用PLC作为下位机,用VB语言设计的水闸远程自动监控系统。利用该系统实现了自动检测闸门开度和闸前水位,并能实时记录过闸流量和自动报警。通过解决上位机与下位机之间的通讯,以及监控两台闸门的交替运行,能自动控制闸门,大大降低了闸门的故障率。

【Abstract】 An automatic-supervised control system programmed visual basic software based on programmable logic controller was revealed. This programmable logic controller was performed as lower controller. The system could detect automatically these variable such as the working situation of waste watery gate, the water level before the gate, the flux across the gate timely and automatic alarm. The gate’s automatic-supervised control system has rarely malfunctioned. The reason is that the communication is solved between upper controller and lower controller. On the other hand the automatic-supervised control is run by two alternant working gate.
