利用成像法测微小直径的研究
Diameter measurements of thin wire by imaging

【摘要】 提出了一种使用成像法测量细丝直径的方法。该方法采用可调焦镜头和面阵OCD构成摄像系统,利用准直激光束照射细丝,形成衍射条纹。通过对衍射条纹的像进行现场标定和恰当算法,确立了物像空间的对应关系,可精确的求出衍射暗条纹中心的距离,从而求出细丝直径。这种方法能自动实时测量,测量精度达到了微米量级。
【Abstract】 A kind of method of using imaging to measure thin wire diameter was presented. This method formed imaging systems with CCD monochrome camera and pancratic lens. The collimation laser beam used as light source, formed diffraction fringe through thin wire. Through calibration and proper algorithm, the labelled photos were used to establish the one-to-one mapping relation of object-image space. Then, the distance between diffraction dark fringe was solved out, and the diameter of thin wire was figured out. This method can automatically measure, and get the precision of micrometer, has practicability.
