一种硅微陀螺仪的数据采集电路设计

【摘要】 微型惯性导航系统在很多方面具有很广的应用领域。硅微陀螺仪是系统的重要组成部分.本文采用了一种新型的集成AD采集功能的芯片ADuc812,设计出一种硅微陀螺仪输出信号的数据采集接口电路.
【Abstract】 Inertial navigation system is very useful in many fields. And microgyro is the important part of the system. The paper introduce a chip which integrate the function of AD transition. And design the interface of the microgyro output signal.
