油水分离水力旋流器的尺寸试验筛选
The Testing Research for Deoil-hydrocyclone Dimension

【摘要】 水力旋流器的分离效率取决于旋流器的结构尺寸和操作条件,因此,旋流器结构尺寸设计是旋流器设计的关键。本研究在室内模拟实验装置上,采用粒级效率进行了旋流器的小锥管锥角、溢流口直径、底流口直径、底流直管段长度和入口当量直径尺寸筛选实验。筛选结果表明,旋流器的溢流口直径和底流口直径对旋流器的分离效果产生较大影响,这对旋流器的设计具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Deoil-hydrocyctone is a kind of static state separating equipment. Its separating efficiency depends on its structure and its dimension. Therefore, the key for hydrocyclone design is the choice of its structure and its dimension. This testing research is about the relationship between the separating efficiency and small cone angle, overflow diameter, underflow diameter, underflow straight pipe length, inflow equal diameter. The comparing method is by the oil drop separating probability. By testing result, we find that overflow diameter and underflow diameter have an important effect on the separating efficiency. This is important for hydrocyclone design.
