网络化制造环境下制造资源封装模型的研究

【摘要】 提出用封装思想并基于web技术把制造资源改造为一个具有在线性、可访问性及输入/中间过程/输出透明的制造服务对象,以求方便、高效地支持网络化制造的各个环节,同时研究了不同制造资源封装工具之间信息集成方法,并基于制造资源封装模板的输出结果对网络化制造各个环节的执行情况进行动态跟踪,为实现网络化制造环节下灵活配置异地优秀制造资源、精确生产提供了新的途径。最后,以开发的原型系统验证上述思想。
【Abstract】 Based on the philosophy of Networked Manufacturing, a new model of encapsulation the manufacturing resources with web-based technology is put forward and studied, the encapsulated manufacturing resources can be acted as a manufacturing service object which has the characteristics of Input, Process and Output (IPO) and could be published and visited easily on the web. At the same time, this paper also concerns with the method of the information integrated among the different encapsulation tools, and then traces the information dynamically through the output of the encapsulation tools. The research provides a new approach for configuring manufacturing resources and manufacturing transparence and the digital production to networked manufacturing. At last, a case study is given to demonstrate the above ideas.
