【摘要】 <正> 褪黑激素（Melatonin）,分子式C₁₃H₁₆6N₂O₂,化学名为N-乙酰基-5-甲氧基色胺,属于吲哚类衍生物,是脑白金的有效成分,又称松果体素。它具有参与神经—内分泌—免疫网络的调控作用,因此对改善睡眠等有帮助。国内外不少药厂都生产该类药物,有关其含量的测定运用高压液相色谱（HPLC）法已有报导。本工作拟对脑白金片剂进行分离,并对其有效成分—褪黑激素的质谱行为进行分析研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electron impact mass spectra behavior of melatonin were studied by mass spectrometry through the separation of the pill, extracting of the effective part. The detecting results showed that the fragment ions of melatonin are much more than quasimolecular ions. The fragmentation pathways of melatonin were also discussed.更多还原
