【摘要】 L-D4FC((-)-B-L-2′,3′-双脱氢-2′,3′-双脱氧-5-氟胞苷)是目前报道中最具效力的抗病毒逆转录酶抑制剂,正处于二期临床试验中。最新临床研究结果显示,L-D4FC 具有疗效高、耐药性好、抗病毒谱宽、毒副作用小等优点。该药兼具抗HBV 和HIV 双重活性,有可能成为最佳的抗HBV 和HIV 核苷类似物抑制剂。本文综述了L-D4FC 的国内外研制状况、药理作用及临床应用,文献合成方法以及产业化前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 L-D4FC is a new L-nucleoside analog with potent antiviral activity against hepatitis Band HIV reported to date.In vitro the drug has been 10-20 times more potent than othernucleosides.IC₅₀ levels（enough to suppress virus）against HIV-resistant virus are achievable inplasma.Clinically,L-D4FC is endowed with lower host toxicity while maintaining excellentantiviral activity in comparison to other anti-HIV agents.The review is a paper about L-D4FC insynthesis,metabolism and potential commercial applications.更多还原
