【Abstract】 The fundamental idea of integration and integration management is by mean of aggregating and through structure and relationship optimizing to impel the function of system to express non - linear increasing or present new function and to achieve the objective of increasing efficiency from angle of extensive system. To carry out integration management effectively, strategic management theory needs innovated at first. The strategy and its tactics supporting system of integration management are composed of four parts which are strategy of increasing efficiency through aggregating, tactics of cooperation and making progress together, tactics of virtual and tactics of extensive system. They have causality and relationship in logic configuration and depend on each other. They constitute an organism system jointly.更多还原
