关于北京市中学教师提供预防艾滋病健康教育意向的调查与分析

【摘要】 目的运用合理行为理论,对北京市中学教师提供预防艾滋病健康教育的意向性及影响因素进行调查与分析。方法在北京市60所中学中选择188名健康课程相关的教师邮寄自填式问卷。结果回收并有效问卷100份。教师对提供预防艾滋病健康教育的意向性受其态度和主观压力的影响,主观压力的影响大于态度。结论合理行为理论可以用来研究中学教师对提供预防艾滋病健康教育的意向性研究。为提高教师的行为意向,建议进一步开发领导,完善教学要求,大力开展教师培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore teachers’ intentions and identify factors affecting teachers’ intentions in providing school - based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention, based on the Theory of Reasoned Action. Methods 188 health - related teachers were randomly selected from 60 high schools in Beijing, The data was collected by mailing questionnaires combining telephone interviews. Results 100 questionnaires were returned and qualified. Teachers’ attitudes and subjective norms were found to be determinants of teachers’ intentions in providing school - based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention. The teachers’ subjective norms were found to have stronger effects on the teachers’ intention in providing school - based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention than attitudes does. Conclusions The Theory of Reasoned Action can be used in studying teachers’ intentions in providing school - based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention. In order to improve teachers’ intention, further leadership mobilization should be done and In - service training on HIV/AIDS education for teachers should be developed vigorously.更多还原
