细茎银莲花名称考证及化学成分的初步研究

【摘要】 本文对毛茛科银莲花属植物细茎银莲花进行了名称考证,并对其根茎的化学成分进行了初步的研究。通过查阅文献和原植物形态比较,和与之相混淆的小银莲花Anemone exigua作了对比,将Anemone rossii的中文名定为细茎银莲花。对细茎银莲花的根茎进行了初步的化学成分研究,对氯仿层进行反复柱层析,分离得到了3个化合物,利用理化性质和光谱分析方法鉴定了它们的结构,分别为桦皮醇(betulin)、桦皮酸(betulic acid)和齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到,为细茎银莲花提供了广阔的药用前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper we verify the Chinese name of Anemone rossii of Ranunclaceae , and study do its chemical constituents. We look through lots of reference literatures and compare the morphology of Anemone rossii with original plants and contrast Anemone rossii to Anemone exigua which is very difficult to differentiate, at last we confirmed its Chinese name. During the primary chemical constitutent research about the Rhizoma of Anemone rossii, we make column chromatography with the chloroform layer several times, and three compounds were isolated and elucidated on the basis of physical-chemical method, spectral analysis and by comparison with some authentic samples. They are: betulin(1), betulic acid(2), oleanolic acid(3). All the compounds are first isolated from this plant.
