蓄冷剂摆放方式对保冷性能影响的实验研究
The experimental study of affections on the cooling keeping properties by different stack types of cooling storage agents

【摘要】 提出用“最高保证温度T0”,“平均温度T*”,“有效保冷时间t”和“品质保证率α”来描述保温箱内的保冷性能,通过实验对单体保温箱内蓄冷剂的不同摆放形式的保冷特性进行研究,给出侧摆方式下的“T*-T*-α图”,指出侧摆方式和顶角方式是保冷最佳的蓄冷剂摆放方式,为保冷贮藏或保冷运输的工程应用提供有益的数据资料。
【Abstract】 In this article, four indices, which are maximal guarantee temperature (T0), average temperature (T*), efficient cooling keeping time (t), and quality guarantee percentage (α), are proposed to describe the cooling keeping properties in small containers. The cooling keeping properties by different stack types of cooling storage agents in a single small container, which will provide directional data for cooling storage transportation, are studied with series of experiments. The T*-t*-α curves under ’side-stack type’ are given. The experiments also show that side-stack type and point-angel-stack type are the best stack types of cooling storage agents in a single container.
