尿沉渣自动检测系统设计
Design of Automatic Urinary Sediment Examination System

【摘要】 尿沉渣成分分析是泌尿系统疾病诊断的主要方法之一。提出了一种沉渣自动检测系统,可以实现自动加样、清洗及染色,并且通过由显微镜、摄像头和图像采集卡组成的摄像系统显示红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、管型和细菌等有形成分组成的尿沉渣图像,从而实现尿沉渣有形成分的人工或自动计数。检测自动化水平的提高,使检测更加标准化,结果准确,操作方便、快捷。这里介绍了系统的工作原理、单片机控制电路和软件及单片机和微机之间的通讯协议。
【Abstract】 Urinary sediment analysis is one of the most important ways for the diagnosis of urinary organ diseases. The automatic urinary sediment examination system is presented, which can add ,clean and dye specimen automatically. The image of urinary sediment ,which includes RBC, WBC,epithelium and bacterium etc. ,is displayed on PC monitor by using photograph system composed of microscope,CCD camera and image sample board, and counting of urinary sediment ingredient is accomplished manually or automatically. The results can be more accurate and the operation can be more standardized ,convenient ,and fast with the improving of automation. The theory of the examination system,circuit and software of single chip microcomputer and communication protocal between single chip microcomputer and personal computer are introduced.
