智能差压变送器DeviceNet节点设计
Design of Intelligent Differential Pressure Transmitter with DeviceNet Interface

【摘要】 分析了DeviceNet总线协议的市场状况及相对于其他总线协议独有的技术特点,提出了智能差压变送器DeviceNet现场总线从站模块的设计实现方案。系统硬件主要由信号调理电路、进行数字信号处理及组态的DSP、实现网络协议及接口通讯的MCU、CAN控制器SJA1000等组成。系统软件在分析对象模型的基础上采用模块化设计方法及事件驱动机制用KEILC51编写。在由多台设备组成的DeviceNet网络上进行的测试中,该设计工作正常,基本满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 It presents a design of DeviceNet (DN) fieldbus interface for intelligent differential pressure transmitter after analysis the market situation of DN fieldbus Protocol and its special characteristics compared with other fieldbus protocol. The hardware of system consists of the signal modulator circuits, the DSP for digital signal processing, the microprocessor responsible for protocol realization and interface communication, the stand-alone CAN controller SJA1000etc. The routines executed by the microprocessor are programmed in KEIL C51 language. Based on the analysis of the object model for transmitter, the software is made by the way of modularization and event-originated mechanism. The test, which is carried out in DN net consisted of a few DN products, shows that the transmitter node works well and meets the desired requirement.
