频谱分析仪在电磁干扰测量中的应用

【摘要】 电磁干扰(EMI)是一种不希望存在的信号,它对电子设备或系统的正常工作会造成有害影响。为了消除EMI的影响,不但要了解有关EMI方面的问题,还要知道用何种方法和设备能得到EMI特性,从而采取相应的措施消除EMI。以往测试EMI的主要设备是EMI接收机,现在采用频谱分析仪作为EMI的测试设备,可以提高EMI测量的效率和精度,对各种EMI特性参数的测量变得更加容易。

【Abstract】 EMI is a type of signal, which is not expected to exist because it brings negative influence to the normal function of electronic installations or systems. In order to eliminate the influence of EMI, it is necessary to understand not only problems about EMI, but also the means and facilities to acquire property of EMI. Thus it helps to take corresponding steps to eliminate EMI. The previous main equipment for testing EMI is EMI Receiver, while at present time, the spectrum analyzer is adopted as EMI testing equipment which contributes to enhance efficiency and precision of EMI testing and makes easier to test various parameters of EMI property.
