模糊模式识别在重症病毒性肝炎病情转归中的应用

【摘要】 以47例重症病毒性肝炎病人为研究对象,以肝功能的7个指标的初始测定值为数据来源,对单项指标和多项指标组合分别应用模糊模式识别的直接方法,通过结果的比较,找到了兼顾正确率、敏感性和特异性的最佳指标组合,最后探讨了本文方法的优点和不足之处。
【Abstract】 In this article, we have tried to apply Fuzzy Pattern Recognition theory to predict progression of the disease based on liver functional tests data. A data group of seven sets of liver function tests from 47 Severe Hepatitis patients has been used for fuzzy pattern recognition tests with respect to both monomial and multinomial indexes. An optimal index combination that balances aspects of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity is obtained after results of various pattern recognition tests have been compared. Analysis about the pro and con of the Fuzzy Pattern Recognition concludes the discussion.
