【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1 in type 2 diabetes. Method: The patients divided into subgroups. Macrovaseular disease and microvaseular lesions. MMPS-1 were measued by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.[ELISA] method. Reualt The mmps levels of macrovascular and microvascular were significantly higher than that in the controls (P<0.01).the mmps-1 levels respectively were 178.4±14.6ng/ml, 61.3±12.3 ng/ml ,unvascular with type 2 diabetes were 140.7±7.4 ng/ml. Conclusion: Levels of serum mmps is obviously increase in patient with typt 2diabetes. It is iedeal index of patient with vascular lesions.更多还原
