几种植物提取物对马铃薯块茎中POD和APX活性的影响

【摘要】 本实验利用大蒜、茶叶、橘皮等植物的生物活性物质处理马铃薯块茎和种薯,分析测定了诱导处理后马铃薯块茎中与抗病性相关的酶的活性变化,以及诱导处理对于种薯苗期生长的影响。结果表明,经过诱导处理后的马铃薯块茎中,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(Antiscorbutic acid peroxidase,APX)的活性受到不同程度的抑制,而愈创木酚过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)的活性则明显高于对照,这表明一些植物提取物可能是通过增加马铃薯体内POD的活性、同时降低APX的活性发挥其诱导马铃薯抗病作用的。此外,用50%橘皮磨制剂处理马铃薯种薯后,对种薯苗期生长均有显著的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Some plant extracts, including garlic, tea, orange pericap, and some others, could induce sub-systemic resistance of potato tubers against Phytophthora infestans in previous experiments. This research invested the activity of peroxidase (POD) and antiscorbutic acid peroxidase (APX) which related to systemic resistance in the induced tubers, as well as the effect of some plant extracts on germination of seed tubers and growth of potato seedlings. The results showed that the activity of POD was enhanced, while the activity of APX was inhibited in the induced tubers. It seemed that the sub-systemic resistance induced in potato tubers to P. infestans by some plant extracts via activating POD and inhibiting APX. And the germination of potato seed tubers and early growth of potato seedlings could be promoted by some plant extracts.
