【摘要】 草莓根腐病在河北满城地区普遍严重发生。从患病的草莓样品中分离获得112个分离物,经初步鉴定归属于7个属,对出现频率较高的优势菌进行致病力测定证实,引起满城地区草莓根腐病的致病菌主要是拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Root rot in Fragaria ananassa is a destructive disease in Mancheng region of Hebei Province. Isolation and identification of diseased samples showed that there were fungi belonged to 7 genera, including Pestalotiopsis, Alternaria, Rhizoctonia, Acremonium, Monilia, Colletotrichum and Fusarium. Pestalotiopsis was the predominant fungus for the highest colony appearance rate. The pathogenecity test showed that Pestalotiopsis could infect leaves and roots of strawberry, and could cause serious symptoms.更多还原
