茬口对大豆根际真菌区系变化及根腐病的影响

【摘要】 在7种不同茬口土壤环境中,正茬土种植大豆的土壤环境最佳,根际真菌有益菌群为优势菌群,致病菌数量少,杂菌也较少,是有利于大豆生长的良好土壤环境。重茬和连茬土壤环境中,大豆根际土壤中致病菌数量大,杂菌多,是最不利于大豆生长的土壤环境,大豆根腐病发生加重。迎茬土中,有益菌、有害真菌和杂菌数量均较少,大豆种植土壤环境介于正茬和重茬之间。增施有机肥后,正茬、重茬和迎茬3种不同茬口土壤中,根腐病的致病菌种类和数量均有不同程度的增加,病害发生有加重趋势。

【Abstract】 The soil environment was the best among the seven type’s soil envionments to planting soybean into the rotation stubble soil. The profitable fungus of rotation stubble soil were the dominant Cultures in the fungus of the soybean root medium. There were less pathogenic fungus and the other non-pathogenic fungus in the rotation stubble soil. The soil environment of planting soybean in the soils of the replication stubble and succession cropping stubble were unfavourable soybean’s growing, because the pathogenic fungus and the other non-pathogenic fungus of the soybean root medium were a large numbers.And the soybean root rot occurred severely. There were less profitable, harmful and the other fungus in the intermittent working stubble soil. This soil environment planting soybean was in between rotation and replication stubble soil. The soybean root rot was severe after applying manures in the rotation, replication and intermittent stubble soil, because the varieties and numbers of pathogenic fungus in the soil had been increased in varying degrees.The soybean root rot was turning for the severe.
